    Hi Ken,

I am due to sit the March 2017 exam with June 2017 being my very last eligible sitting. This will be my third attempt at the paper and as it’s my last one I would really like to pass.

I was exempt from F5 so never really went into much detail on those areas of the paper. Can you advise what’s best to be competent at for the F5 elements?

I’ve had a break since having 3 children under 5 and so as this is my last opportunity I really want to nail this exam this time.

I have normally done college based courses however this time I have decided not to (due to financial implications) and have watched all your lectures (which are very helpful thank you very much).

The last time I sat this exam was December 2013 so I’m a little rusty.

Are there any tips you can provide to help me on my way? I do know that one of my main downfalls has been the application to the question so this is one area I will be working on, and another issue I have is when doing questions. if my answer does not match the answer within the revision kit, I assume it’s incorrect, so never know whether my answer would be relevant and therefore end up spending too much time trying to get my answers exactly the same.

Could you advise what’s best to do in this situation and is there anything else I should be thinking of?

    Many thanks

You need to make sure F5 is up to scratch. The P3 notes contain revision material that would be useful (chapters 27 to end). Other material is in the P5 notes.

    Also, see my advice here

It would be useful if,you could attend a question-based revision day where your answers are marked andmfeedback given. Responding to the information in the question and the requirements is key.

Thanks Ken. For some reason I could not access the link you shared.

I have since gone through the F5 lectures to bring me up to speed and am now just doing past papers.

Really appreciate all the time you put into providing students such as myself the tools needed to pass.

    Many thanks
