Looking at the pass rates for ATX, the performance seems to be slightly better in March and September than in June and December. Is ATX-UK (the only one examined in March and September, I believe?) “easier” than the other variants or is performance just slightly better in the UK?
Are the pass rates per variant published somewhere?

UK students are generally better supported in the UK, not only with tuition, but relevant content that is technically updated. There in minimal/no support for some variants with texts that have relevant technical content but no uptodate exam style and standard question practice.

And remember June is the first exam of each new syllabus/finance act (or equivalent).

Thanks Kim, that does explain it.

Do you know if the pass rates per variant are listed somewhere? Perhaps not terribly important (after all the only thing that really matters to me is my own pass rate, which can only be 0% (a fail) or 100% (a pass)), but I’m just curious 🙂

They are not. ACCA publishes only one global pass rate for each exam.
