Thanks alot ..so much I don’t know why I am so excited ..I left 19 marks because time was over ..I m too excited because I found the paper easy and achievable the first question was about real option build on net present value discussion 5 marks

This whole question was based on technical articles about investment appraisal and real options .really whoever mastered that article would have mastered qs1 …I just had a one read from that article .it really helped me

Part b ..was use of npv if delay option is not used ..c was about bsop ..if we delay the project ..then there discussion part and soft capital rationing

Qs 2 was on valuation fcff and wacc..advantages disadvantages of acquiring a listed co.

Qs3 dividend valuation ..dividend capacity ..agency theory

Qs 4’heding strategy

I did hedging qs and the 50 marks well but I got stuck in qs2 ….and time was up

But I was really thankful throughout doing paper to u as I enjoyed doing this paper .especially hedging ( your lectures are too gud on that topic) i was really afraid ..but finally it’s over ..I m now sure of results ..but I hope for the best
