p4 questions

1. Is there a difference between individual yield curve and spot yield curve ?

2. For spot yield curve, can I understand as yield equivalent on treasury bond ?

2. When solving hedging, for example like option, do we need to include simple explanation why we are buying futures or selling futures ?

3. Just to double confirm(I know that lecture notes and videos have mentioned) that we only buy call option and put options right ? not sell call option or put option.

4. for forward and futures contract, the video of ACCA P4 Question 1 June 2014 part 1 video in time 30:10, lecturer says that for futures we can swap the deal whenever we want. Does it mean that i functions like options ???
