Dear Sir,
I don’t have a technical query about P4 but I would like to ask you on how I can motivate myself for the P4 exam and prepare efficently for the exam as I am facing severe depression right now .

I wish I could offer help, but I am not qualified to suggest how you overcome your depression.
The only way to prepare is to watch all the lectures (using the lecture notes); to go back and watch the F9 lectures on any topics you feel unsure about; and most importantly to practice every question in your Revision Kit.
