Please give me your predictions for Dec 2014. What do you think we’ll come up in question 1, 2,3 & 4? Thanks.
We will produce tips later – about mid November probably. They are only guesses.
Ok then could you tell me what is contained/entailed under each of the following:
1. Strategy evaluation.
2. Decision making techniques.
3. Internal strategic capabilities
4. Strategic choice. (is this acquisition appraisal?)
5. strategic action,1 Strategy evaluation: covered in our notes and lectures
2 Not mentioned a such in the syllabus. Bur see section G
3 Capabilities (resources and competences) are covered in our notes and lectures
4 Strategic choice is covered in out notes and lectures
5 Strategic action = implementation
