    This study text in this course is so boring…
    Having really problems motivating going throug the textbook…
    There are so many logical things which are over explained.
    I thought this would be one of the more interesting courses….

    Quote study text:

    An example of a semi-closed system might be a pocket calculator. Its inputs are restricted to energy from its batteries and and numerical information enterted into it in a particular way

    I can’t believe it when i read these things… that these are the best examples/useful information. And there are so many other examples in the study text…

    Is it just me that is getting crazy? 🙂

    hey
    for p3 there are around 43 to 44 models..which you have to apply in the scenarios.. so first you need to know .. about the models.. when are they used ..the contents etc.. a good way to start is to look up on the internet for a summary of p3 models so or prepare your own summary..that would be a better choice ..because when you prepare your notes you will be involved in it and you would be reading it.. and read opentuition notes..and then you should read the revision kit as many times as you can
    so 3 steps:
    1.read opentuition notes
    2.prepare summary of models from the notes or from text according to your prefernce
    the notes try to make it brief instead of repeating pages of text just make short brief summaries ..lik 20 a4 size sheets.. not more than that..it should be your personal notes keep it brief and simple…
    3.read revision kit.. 3 times minimum..

    if u feel step 2 is a time waste you can skip it and start reading the kit.. repeated reading.. keep a target of 4 questions per day ..the first time reading may be slow..but once your eyes get familiar with the content in the kit..your reading will start to pick speed..so you have to push yourself to complete reading it once..keep a target like 2 weeks for completing the kit once.. and then when that step is over you will get some confidence and motivation to keep reading the kit.
    i hope this helps..

    @sephora1
    how much of the past papers (revision kit) must be done given max time for preparation is 1.8 months from 2010, 2011, 2012?

    Moreover, the accaglobal says the syllabus change will take place in September 2017 so should I wait for the new book or the June 2017 book is good enough for December 2017 session?

    Regards.

    @maryamjaved
    how did your P3 go in such a limited time? I am planning on for December 2017 session but still have not got the materials required.
    I roughly, at max, have got 2 months for P3. Kindly share your study pattern and paper experience.

    regards
