Hi,
I only have P2 and P6 remaining having just attempted P7, which i’d like to attempt for September sitting.
1) I had an exemption for F7 and I was wondering to what extent do I need to know it before studying for P2, is it worth going through the whole syllabus of F7 or just some sections e.g. consolidations via opentuition videos etc.
2) What is the best approach to studying for P2? (I learnt some of the IAS/IFRS for P7)
Thanks
Michael
Hi,
If you had an exemption for F7 then it will be because you’ve covered all the material previously elsewhere, so you won’t be missing out on anything technically.
The P2 notes cover not just the new material examined at P2 but also the material covered on F7, so I’d recommend working through the P2 materials without working through the F7 stuff. If you get stuck then please feel free to ask on here.
Enjoy the studying.
Thanks
