    Hello,

Unfortunately I have failed P2 exam under 2015 syllabus. Now I have to re-sit the exam under 2019 syllabus.
I have Kaplan books for 2015 P2 syllabus and used them in conjunction with OpenTuition materials (notes and lectures).

I am now thinking how to deal with the change in syllabus. Could you please advise whether it is possible to prepare for re-sit (namely cover the change in the syllabus) using updated OpenTuition materials or I have to buy updated Kaplan materials as well?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Sam543.

Thanks for your question – we have now updated all our Open Tuition notes & videos for the 2019 new syllabus – examinable this month.

There have been some changes to the syllabus – for example Learning curve has been removed -as has Beyond Budgeting.

There are ‘transition guides’ available on CIMA website showing the differences between the two syllabus. Also as mentioned our notes are fully reflecting the new elements.
    Good luck with your revision
    Cath
