In Question no. 4 my answer is 1,031,127 which does not show in the options.
Shares: 300,000 x 2,5 = 750,000
Deferred consideration: 330,000 / 1.1^2 = 272,727
Post Acq ret Ears: 4/12*84,000 x 30% = 8,400
Total: 1,031,127
