OT notes

Sir actually 1 thing in which I am confused and want to ask is that, like F6 consist around 264 pages of OT notes. But again not all the topics of syllabus is covered in these notes and lectures. So in revision kit some questions appear of which topics are not covered in OT notes and lectures, so if we leave such questions which are not covered in OT notes and lectures, and we just rely on OT notes and lectures (which in our example is 264 pages of F6 OT notes) so is it enough to pass F6? I hope you may have understood what I am trying to ask. Thanks
