Hi,Mike,
A bought 60% of T, then NCI is 40%, why didn’t you include this 40%NCI GOODWILL in total GOODWILL figure of M’s CSFP.

Because you don’t! I think it’s because the nci on the subsequent acquisition is entitled to their share of the IDENTIFIABLE assets of the sub-sub
