alright …
firstly , tell me how Option is one of the derivative.? showing clearly how its satisfying all conditions of Derivative? specifically the purchased options.
secondly, in case of European options is there anything as time value of options. because they dont decay over periods as in case of American options.
lastly is it right to say
Option’s value = time value + intrinsic value ?
