Only if you have a degree that gives these exemptions. You can't claim exemptions based on work experience, for example.

If you mean you want to forfeit the PM exemption, I don't think that's possible but (1) you can check with ACCA https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us and (2) you can still study it even not taking the exam.

So there's no avoiding having to do AA and, as I said, you'll have to ask ACCA directly re PM but I expect the answer is "no" I.e. you can't pick and choose which exemptions you want to take advantage of ... I.e. all or none.
