Opentution notes, lectures and Kaplan revision kit are enough to pass P4?

Yes, although the more extra reading you do the better - especially the technical articles on the ACCA website. There is quite a bit that is revision of F9, so if you come to something you don't remember from F9 then look at the relevant F9 lectures. Any problems then ask in this forum and I will try to help.
