    Hi there,

I downloaded the OpenTuition Business and Technology (BT/FBT) notes 2023-2024. I noticed it seems the OpenTuition notes do not really match the official ACCA BT 2024-2025 syllabus. I thought perhaps the syllabus changed, but the official ACCA BT 2024-2025 syllabus has a section which states “There have been no additions to or deletions from the syllabus.”

The official ACCA BT syllabus 2024-2025 has 6 main modules:

A The business organisation and its
    external environment
    B Organisational structure, culture,
    governance and sustainability
    C Business functions, regulation and
    technology
    D Leadership and management
    E Personal effectiveness and
    communication in business
    F Professional ethics

The OpenTuition BT notes pdf 2023-2024 has 6 main modules:

    ORGANISATIONS AND THEIR ENVIRONMENT
    GOVERNANCE, ETHICS AND THE LAW
ACCOUNTING, INTERNAL CONTROL, FRAUD AND IT
    MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
    HUMAN RESOURCES
    ECONOMICS AND MARKETING

A lot of the content covered in the OT notes 2023-2024 also doesn’t seem to appear in the official ACCA BT syllabus 2024-2025.

I am feeling a bit confused now – is there something I have missed? Can I still use these OT notes 2023-2024 to study and be able to pass the ACCA BT 2024-2025 exam?

    Thank you in advance.

You can use our notes and lectures for 24/25 exams. The notes are not structured along the ACCA syllabus lines as subjects are grouped differently. Our notes are not as detailed as texts….they are notes, not texts….but all the important areas are covered.

Whether you use our notes and lectures or a commercial text book it is absolutely VITAL that you buy a revision kit (20% discount on BPP books if ordered through this site). Only by working through the questions in a the revision kit will you be in a good position for success in the exam.
