Old study materials: is it enough?

Hello,
I have short note of P3 which I think easy for me to peek the topics quickly, but it is made for Dec,2012. I am not aware whither there are any topic added or removed from the syllabus since then which may affect if I want to sit for P3 this June’17.
Please mention the additional topics which I should include with it.

December 2012 is over 4 years ago. There have been changes since then, but I don’t precisely remember what they were or exactly when they occurred..
As far as I recall the main changes were:
More IT
More F5 costing eg ABC
The POPIT model
Strategic alignment
Business change lifecycle
All of these are covered in our current notes.
