‘Ben,I would like to offer 100 units of abc product.’
Sir will this constitute an offer or invitation to offer as no provision for price has been made??
And in the same case if Ben sends his acceptance will contract conclude since the acceptance is sent but still offer did not have any provision for price
I don’t that that that constitutes an offer with sufficient certainty!
It’s not available in English contract law to agree to agree something in the future.
OK?
Sir in unccisg terms?
Also sir if on the given condition to ben if ben accepts
It will not constitute a contract
Right?
So for offer all the three conditions
Indicate the goods
Price quantity
Must and must apply
That’s the way I have always understood it to be, yes.
