Where does other comprehensive income go?does it go to retained earnings or Other components of equity cz in some answers it has been taken and accounted for within W5 Retained earnings where there is no Other comp of equity account

OCI relates to profit and loss and Retained earnings relates to the SFP?
OCI includes revaluation of gain, forex translations etc which may be included in the OCE or RE so maybe that's where you misunderstand.
