NPV

Sir , I have to ask a general question. 1) Like i have habit of not doing calculation in '000 , I do that in absolute amount , will that be deducting my marks because ultimately my answer differs say 500-1000 sometimes from the actual just because of the decimal difference. 2) Like for NPV there is written in question that SP is inflated say 3% so instead of showing it in a seperate working , since we perform in excel so I do not show any working for it I simply use the formula : 100000(units)*20 (SP)*1.03^1 while it deduct my marks for not showing it as workings ?

1. It does not matter (unless the question specifically asks for it to be to the nearest thousand). 2. There is no need to show workings because the marker is able to see what formulas you have used in the spreadsheet.
