Sir in NPV questions, if maintenance is payable by lessor at the end of each year then it means at start of time 1 or at end of time 1? Or does it mean at start of time 0 or at end of time 0?

8y ago#1There is no such thing as 'start of time 1' - it means nothing. Time 1 is a point in time that is one year away from now.
