what is the notice period given to employee worked morethan 02 years less than 12 years ?

2 weeks plus an additional week for every year over two up to a maximum of 12 weeks’ notice
So if worked for 11 years, notice period is 11 weeks
If worked for 14 years, notice period is 12 weeks
OK?
