General ACCANot able to print docket

I have an exam tomorrow and I'm getting a "not authorised to access page" message when trying to get my docket.

@Tony721 - I have only seen this asked before when someone has remote invigilation exam - the answer to which is that you don't actually need it https://www.accaglobal.com/sg/en/help/remote.html
