There seems to be so much to do, it’s rather overwhelming! I have a basic knowledge of most of what’s covered, I need to study more to be able to substantiate on my answers, though. Could you please help me find a methodical, structured way to sort through the theory?
November 30, 2010 at 8:36 pm #72165No, I think you should at this stage concentrate on making sure you have the basics to be able to answer q1, consolidations, q2, preparation of financial statement and q3, cash flow and / or interpretation report. If you work through enough q2s, you should find that you cover a lot of the secondary topics like leases, construction contracts, time value of money, deferred tax, scrip and rights issues ….
If it were me, I would be looking at these three ( q1, 2 and 3 ) areas – almost exclusively
December 1, 2010 at 6:43 am #72166That’s what I’ve been doing now, I guess I’ll continue with that then. I’ll probably speed read through solutions to the pilot paper and through the Framework from BPP. Thanks, Mike!
