Non adjusting event

Hi, If an event does not provide evidence at the BS date and is not material , should we treat it as a non adjusting event and make a disclosure ? Is materiality a factor in determining whether an event is adjusting or non adjusting ?

Materiality does not determine whether an event is adjusting or non-adjusting. You would not have to make disclosures about non-material events.
