maam are the members of Nomination committee part of Board? Like can they be elected from nomination committee to Board?
Or that using advertising and/or hiring of external search consultancy an outsider is elected to Board?

4y ago#1If you want to get into this level of detail you could look at the corporate governance report in an published annual report - for example this one https://corporate.marksandspencer.com/documents/msar2020/m-and-s_ar20_full_200528.pdf
Starting on page 46 you can see that members of the board may sit on other committees - but not all committee members sit on the board.
The services of an outside consultant might be used to find a suitable candidate to join a company at board level - but the board will choose from the shortlist - and the members will vote on the appointment.
