I wanted to submit my RAP for the upcoming period and have no idea where to start, ie, what is the mentor process, and what all do I need to do before I get started on the RAP?
I would appreciate it if anyone could help me out here.

Please look at our forum thread welcoming newcomers and returners and read the latest Information Pack produced by OBU.
Also take a look at our homepage www.opentuition.com/obu as there are some useful articles there will help you as you go along.
See if you can log into the website that OBU itself has produced for students, as there are some useful resources they plan to have there too
