General ACCANew Reply Button is not working

it worked fine, try another browser, you do not have to use that button to reply,, just use the form below,

If you look at the bottom of the screenshot you posted, you will see that it says that the thread is closed to new replies - that is why there is no reply button. Mike must have closed the thread on the basis that he had answered your question. If you want to ask anything about his reply then you are going to have to cut and paste to a new thread.
