Hi,
I've noticed the study notes specifically state they are in relation to exams up to June 2022. Are you going to be updated the notes for the September 2022 exam, to take into account the change in professional marks?
The only reason I'm asking is that I'm going to sit the exam in September so want to understand if I can use the current study notes to prepare.

4y ago#1The only change for the September exams is the section of professional marks, which does not change the 'learning' topics.
We will be adding a chapter on how to gain the professional marks, but in the meantime everything in the existing notes (and the lectures that go with them) will still be examinable in September :-)
Sir, 20 professional marks which are going to be introduced from Sept in AFM, is this a minor change or is it a major change?
4y ago#3It is an important change because it carries 20 marks!!!! However it will not require any additional
technical learning.
Hello, may I know what time you would introduce the chapter about the new 20 professional marks? Or the chapter had already created?
May I know the textbook of Kaplan that will add the criteria or scenario of professional marks in the books and exam kit as well?
As the Kaplan textbook has still not yet to launch for 2022/23. Please advise and thanks a lot!.
4y ago#5New notes will be uploaded this weekend (after the June exams have finished) with a short extra chapter added in relation to the professional marks. However there is already information about the professional marks on the ACCA website (and again there is no actual learning involved and there have always been 4 professional marks in past exams).
I have no idea about what Kaplan is doing - I do not have Kaplan books.
