Yes it appears that ACCA has finally updated what was a very "dated" ISA 600 article (because it referred to "new" revisions in 2008!!!) So you should take it to be a new article - that said it incorrectly references IAS 39 rather than IFRS 9 - so I will point that out to them - thank you for drawing it to my attention!
