Dear sir,
plz explain that,net assets equals to what?
Net assets = total assets minus total liabilities!
DO we use euity head in b/sheet as a net assets because i observe in valuation questions
I am sorry but I do not know what you mean by ‘equity head’.
What you may be referring to is the fact that the total equity (share capital + reserves, must be always equal to the net assets – that is a fundamental financial accounts point).
(and we stopped calling it the Balance Sheet many years ago – it is the Statement of financial position!).
