I’m just starting F8 planning to sit for the exam in June2016 session..for the first time ever, however so many times I’ve heard that its a horrendous difficult subject to pass!!…I’m a full time student so planning to put at least 3 hours a day for this paper from now on….could you get me a quick tip on how I could sweep the thought away that its a difficult paper and if I cover the lecture , the study notes and past exams will that be enough to pass?

I don’the think you can conclude that it is much harder.
The key is question practice both MCQS and written, so make sure you buy a question/revision kit. See here:

Make sure you carefully address the question asked. For example, if asked to describe audit procedures do not describe internal control weaknesses.
Write in detail so that a 16 year old kid on work experience could understand what you mean.
