Please explain including types of change and how they affect culture and strategy

They don’t directly follow on from each other.
Type = incremental/big bang
Scope = limited change/large change.
Strategy would be likely to drive the scope and type of change. Eg a strategy to change from manufacturing to service provision is likely to be evolutionary (slow but profound).
The right culture has to be present to make the new strategy work. Eg if changing from cost leadership to differentiation there would be major changes in the culture of the firm, probably away form very close control/role culture more towards task culture to ensure that good service is given to customers.
