P1 Governance, Risk & Ethics
The name of paper is like listing the main topics of the paper rather than stating its main purpose. I guess the name of paper should be changed to CORPORATE GUIDANCE because
1. If accountants are ethical, they will install good internal controls to reduce risks
2. Hence good governance of company
