Do we still have expected values, decision trees in the syllabus?
I saw your video lecture but I find this topic very difficult, so wanted to confirm.
Probabilty analysis is still in the syllyabus and so expected values can be tested. Decision trees might not be tested (hopefully!).
nayeemki123: Please do not answer in this forum because it is the Ask the Tutor Forum, but please do help people in the other Paper AFM forum 馃檪
Rezwana: nayeemkni is correct in that expected values are asked (but only very basic expected values). In theory they could ask for decision trees (because in theory anything from earlier exams can be asked), but in practice they are not asked in Paper AFM. (I am puzzled which lecture you are referring to because it is a Paper PM lecture and not Paper AFM 馃檪 )
Thank you so much Sir!
The question Nahara Co had expected value calculations to be done. So I was worried if we have to cover all that.
Nahara does ask for more expected value calculations that is usual (although it is not decision trees). However expected values in general can be asked int he exam.
