I’ve been logging in to myacca regularly check my PER (and maybe to see if there was any glimpse of results early), and so I tried to log in on Monday with the same password that I used on Friday and to my surprise, it wouldn’t work. It kept saying that it was unable to log me in.
I’ve changed my password using the “Forgotten Password” and have now gained access to my account, but when I click the “Change Password” link to change my password back to something I can remember, it keeps refreshing the student homepage. So I’m not able to change my password.
I’ve been in touch with ACCA Connect, who simply don’t read my emails properly and aren’t answering my questions (for example, I told them the above scenario about trying to change my password and they asked me to send a screen shot of the error message. There is no error message. I just get the home page…), it’s really frustrating.
Has anyone else encountered the same issue?
I’m just concerned that it may impact on the sending of that crucial text message on Sunday morning 🙁
Hi Jess, I have the same issue. ACCA turn off a lot of the portal functionality around exam results time.
A few sessions back people could change their password and the email would come from student@acca or member@acca revealing that a finalist had passed or failed. I suspect this link is switched off to plug the leak 🙂
Still doesn’t make sense, I’ve already done the bit where I get the email with the new password, I just don’t understand why I had to go through that in the first place, when I know the password I used was correct.
It’s now that I’ve gained access to myacca, and want to change the password to something I know (not requiring an email from ACCA) that the link refuses to work.

Has anyone had problems with their exam results not showing on myACCA?
I wrote and passed my F2 exam a week ago and the results are still not showing. Apparently they are having IT problems and cannot tell me when it will be fixed.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
