December 30, 2021 at 3:47 pm #645072Can you not click on the reset password link?
December 30, 2021 at 3:51 pm #645073Don’t know about obu but usually this results in temporary password being sent to the email account linked to account. If you are uncertain about this I would suggest contacting Oxford Brookes directly with your problem. Hope this helps.

Did you get your problem resolved? I am experiencing the same issue where I tried to login and forgot my password so got my obu profile disabled. Plz help. Am so panicked.March 28, 2023 at 7:48 pm #681953pranee03
1. Forget your pasword to reset it.
2. An email will be sent to the email address you provide. Check spam if it’s not sent in the inbox.
3. There will be a link in the email which will direct you to the pasword reset page.
4. Reset the pasword and you will be able to login then.
NOTE: Don’t try on your phone. Do this process via PC or laptop.
