Mike, I've just been looking at a couple of practice questions from the OT practice questions and I am at a loss as to why there is different treatment. Bass and Said converts shares to nominal value yet Nice and Nancy does not.... Any chance you can explain? Thanks

If they are practice questions, please give me a chapter reference If they're not practice questions, please give me a page number from the notes

Hmmm - here's a lesson - which normally condenses to RTFQ Bass and Said, the question says $50,000 50 cent equity shares Nice and Nancy, the question says 50,000 50 cent equity shares See the difference? If not, post again

Yes, you're right 50,000 not $50,000 I have just read the comments and I see this has been raised before.. So I am company, perhaps not good company...what's a $ between friends eh? I will read the question a little closer next time. Thanking you!

You're welcome - lesson learned and better to make the mistake now and learn from it than make it in the exam and not know why you've failed!
