And I don’t remember anything! Its really scary considering I only have two days to prepare for the exam and the content is too overwhelming. All I can do now is go through my notes again and make a short/revision notes for me to use to prepare for these exams.

Otherwise, what else can I do? How are you guys preparing for this?

    First of all Relax,

secondly take a deep breath and think about chapter by chapter the parts which you think can create problems that you can easily forget in exams, Just only those critical parts, when you encounter then revise them…..to be honest my situation is nearly same of yours but at this time getting in panic about exam cannot give us any benefit, Just concentrate with a relaxed mind and prepare it…….and how am I preparing? gosh, I am sorry I am very afraid to tell you, I am just reading question and answers from kit, Even I didn’t practiced some questions but…..anyways self confidence counts…I wish you best of luck

    Thanks.

Offtopic, what is the bare minimum examiners are looking for with regards to referring to case names? For example: “Ramsgate Victoria Hotel” be enough? Or will I have to quote the full “Ramsgate Victoria Hotel vs Montefiori”?

    you welcome

There is no such essential requirement that you need to know the full case names, Just remember a single name just like you said “Ramsgate Victoria Hotel” its enough and if you don’t know the name or forgot it then don’t worry, You need to know the principal mainly and by referance write “(In a decided case)” in case you forgot it

    Hi

Not sure if you have received this advice from Tutor or not, but he advised me we can mainly focus on Free Notes, watched lectures and then practice the past question and answeres. so if you first watch the lecture and take all the additional notes to your free notes, then it would be much much easier than going through BPP Text book which contain very difficult words to memorize.
it took me 1 month to complete the above procedure as i am working full time and have very limited time to study, but now i can remember all cases so easily and main subjects are on my mind so i only need to study past exams and practice and practice till Jun. Good Luck
