    hi sir,

in the case of applying for mitigating circumstances because of equipment issue ( the mouse and keyboard were not working properly in the exam, AFM centre based CBE), what kind of supporting evidence will i be able to provide.. when applying for mitigating circumstances it asks me for a supporting evidence file to be uploaded.

    thankyou!

If you have none – e.g. if you did not raise it with the invigilator/exam centre at the time and obtain an incident report – you have none. If you still want to make a claim and need to upload some document in order to proceed I suggest you type out the details in a doc – and upload that.
