    Hi sir,

during my AFM exam, which was centre based CBE, the keyboard and the mouse provided in the exam were not properly working and if it was not the case, i would have been able to complete the paper betterly than now.

will this issue be eligible for mitigating circumstances.. i read the articles on mitigating ciorcumstances and found there is a seperate centre complaint section. but im still not sure where to register this issue and whether im eligible to apply for mitigating circumstances.

it would be great if u can provide some insights on this issue

    thankyou

Yes – it probably is mitigating circumstances.

However please ask in the General ACCA Forum – our tutor who looks after that forum is more expert on how to complain about it 🙂
