Hi,
Apologies for asking as I am sure this has been asked elsewhere, but why are the “Sequence of distribution of assets in a liquidation” and “Prescribed Part” slides for chapter 14 not covered in the lectures, as well as pages 118-124 from chapter 15? Are they not needed for the exam anymore, or is this simply a mistake?

Not a mistake. These were additions to the syllabus after my last bout of recording. I thought long and hard about whether they justified a video lecture and decided that they really weren’t that difficult to get one’s head around the topics.
