should one need to score 50% mark on subjective questions to pass a paper where there is objective and subjective questions are included (eg. F5- Performance Management)

The pass mark is 50 for the exam as a whole as shown by the publisher marking guide. There is no requirement to pass each section just achieve 50 overall.
