10y ago#1This is a rubbish question. In reality all elements listed would be undertaken at the same time.
The examiner is splitting hairs over a sentence in an ISA. Next exam she will ask how many angels can dance on the head of a pin - just as relevant to auditing!
Don't worry about it.
