For the MCQ on chapter 7 why was the fair value adjustment workout $2,400,000/8/3? I understand everything except why they divide it by 3 as opposed to 0.3333.

Can you clarify what question you’re referring to? I can’t see any MCQs in the OpenTuition notes.
Dividing something by 3 is the same as multiplying it by 0.3333
