I want to check if my understanding is correct:
Weak form - reflects past information
Semi strong - reflects past and public information
Strong form - reflects past, public and private information
I was doing the MCQ questions on the opentution website:
The efficiency market hypothesis regards the level of efficiency where share prices reflect all information that is publicly available as which of the following?
I thought the answer would have been semi strong form because it reflects public information. However the answer is weak form.
Can you please clarify why this is weak form?

10y ago#1I will check our test question because what you have written is correct and if the question is as you have typed then the answer should be semi-strong form.
