Material misstatement in comparative figures

What will be the effect on auditor's report if there is a material misstatement in comparative figure. The effect of material misstatement was corrected in CY accounts by giving effect on retained earnings and asset/liability figures. Just the comparatives were not corrected.

Qualified "except for" non-comparability (!)
