Q3 – Review of new Balance score card performance measurements for a service company without recommending any KPIsThat is all I can recall. It went okay but fingers crossed as this is a repeat paper for me. I am always so close to 50 so hoping i cross the 50 this diet.
My computer froze twice during the exam and I had to be relocated both times. There were quite a few system issues with other students as well.

Q3 5 force given 2 of them competitors+ suppliers required to suggest 2 measures for each+ risk appetite for VC and management+ measuresSpent a lot for Q1. Nothing calculations at all in the whole exam only narrative questions like bla bla
Just few points around data privacy and unauthorized use of data been unethical.
I wished I had the other version. The ABC threw me off big time. I didn’t understand what I was meant calculate. Now I’m gonna have to resit this exam
I got the same questions. By chance do you remember if any of those question should have been written in report format. I did not see any question requesting to write in report format, or did I miss it out???
I believe you are on the safe side though. I think I missed that part for Q1. I wrote in structured format 🙁
I started with Section B, sticking to the time limit, which gave me a reasonable amount of time for Section A and helped me avoid the risk of spending too much time on A.
They got me by surprise: twice (1) Zero calculations! Even the spreadsheet wasn’t available! (2) There were no specific instructions to ‘write a report,’ so I didn’t “write a report” This gives the corrector the chance to deduct points for ‘not answering in an appropriate format.'” (or deducting the points if you follow “report format” for “not following the instructions”.My brain has done a complete reset of the exam, i dont remember much: something about the 3V (they mentioned 4 in fact), something about an evaluation of the rewards system for a company doing heaters. there was no some question about the black box, ethical considerations. No Porter, no EMA, no value chain, no transfer prices… It felt more like a Philosophy exam than an Accounting one! Hopefully my last exam!
