Sir, I noticed in BPP texts that making ”management decisions” are considered self interest threats, such as making the final decision in a recruitment of an employee for an audit client. Can you explain why? The logic behind this?

Because the audit firm will possibly select the candidate that appears most in sync with the audit firm’s mentality
