In the given notes of F2 , there is chapter 22 & 23 which is Measurement of Average and of Dispersion (21) & The Normal Distribution (22) , however there is no lecture or questions based on it. Are these chapters part of the exam or have they been removed from the syllabus? Im not sure whether to learn them or not

The chapters have been added to the syllabus for exams from September 2019 onwards.
Lectures working through them will be uploaded soon.
(If you are taking the exam before September then ignore these two chapters)
